Procurement of Eaton 93PM 40kW UPS System, Rental UPS, Installation, and 5-Year Maintenance

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division is seeking a contractor to supply and install a new Eaton 93PM 40kW UPS system, including: - OEM Highlight: Eaton (primary manufacturer for UPS system and accessories) - Products Requested: - 1 x Eaton 93PM 40kW Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system - 1 x Narada 9-Module Lithium Battery System Cabinet (integrated with Eaton UPS) - 1 x Eaton PowerXpert Gateway Card (for remote network monitoring) - 1 x Powerware 9390 40kVA UPS Rental Unit with matching Powerware Battery Cabinet (for up to 8 months during lead time) - Services Requested: - 5-year manufacturer warranty and preventive maintenance (includes annual visits, parts, and labor by Eaton) - Permanent electrical installation, rigging, and factory-certified startup/commissioning of the Eaton 93PM UPS - Installation, startup, demobilization, and rigging for the rental UPS, including return shipment - Safe disconnection, removal, and EPA-compliant disposal of the existing faulty UPS system - Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be brand-new and manufacturer-certified - Rental UPS must be provided during the permanent system's lead time (up to 8 months) - 5-year warranty and preventive maintenance are mandatory - Permanent and rental UPS installation must be performed by manufacturer-certified technicians - Procurement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 335999 (Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing)
