Description
The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection, upgrade and overhaul for the following assets:

This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 14, Sealed Bidding. The proposed contractual action will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a 60 month period of performance with five priced ordering periods.
Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) 1-1615-336, dated 11/15/2012, has been identified for this requirement. This part is identified as a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
