Sound Transit is soliciting proposals for the Overlake Village Station TOD Property located in Redmond, Washington. The project involves the sale and development of two parcels of land combined as one property site for an affordable housing project pursuant to State Statute RCW 81.112.350. The site includes Parcel A (approximately 2.4 acres) and Parcel B (approximately 16,300 square feet).
