Description

Sound Transit is soliciting proposals from firms to provide inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of fire and life safety systems and equipment at Sound Transit facilities. The contract term is one year with the possibility of four additional one-year extensions at Sound Transit's discretion. Services are anticipated to start in April 2021. A virtual pre-proposal meeting was held on February 17, 2021, to discuss the RFP and scope of work. The solicitation was awarded and includes detailed scope and evaluation criteria.
