Description

Sound Transit is seeking proposals from firms to provide consulting services for the strategic development and implementation of a Portfolio Management Framework. The framework will support agency project and program delivery and other strategic initiatives by creating a standardized portfolio management structure and governance. The consultant will help optimize resources and implement enduring business functions to manage current and future portfolios aligned with agency objectives. The contract term is five years with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions at Sound Transit's discretion.
