Description

Sound Transit is soliciting proposals for a Digital Assistant, an interactive passenger-facing solution. The solicitation is published in cooperation with City Innovate, which is hosting the Challenge and its documentation as well as the evaluation submittal requirements. Vendors will perform all actions in response to the Challenge Solicitation at the City Innovate portal. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled online via Microsoft Teams on December 3, 2021. Requests for Information and addenda will be managed through the City Innovate link provided.
