Description

Sound Transit is seeking a firm or individual to serve as the independent administrator for the Citizen Oversight Panel (COP). The COP Administrator will work closely with the COP Chair, Vice Chair, and Sound Transit staff. The contract term is one year with the possibility of four additional one-year extensions at Sound Transit's discretion. The scope of work includes management consulting, scientific and technical services, and administrative support.
