Description

Central Puget Sound Transit Authority (Sound Transit) is requesting proposals for Communications Training. The purpose is to provide public notice and information regarding Sound Transit’s competitive contracting opportunities. The selected vendor shall provide Sound Transit leaders to develop communication course curricula and/or certify Sound Transit training to deliver said curricula, as necessary. The contract term is five years, and the training is intended for approximately 1,300 employees, with courses offered quarterly in-person and online. Sound Transit prefers a train-the-trainer model but is open to other delivery methods and multiple vendors.
