Description
This project involves the design and construction of parking spaces, pedestrian, bicycle, and transit amenities at Kent Station. It includes utility, roadway, stormwater, lighting, landscape, and hardscape improvements. The project aims to increase parking capacity by up to 464 net new spaces and enhance access to the commuter rail station while accommodating future Sounder expansion. The estimated contract value ranges from $45 million to $55 million. The project has been awarded to Absher Construction Co.
