Description

Sound Transit is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call architectural and engineering services. The contracts will support all aspects of project delivery including planning, design, engineering, architecture, permitting, project management, and construction management for system expansion and non-system expansion projects. Two contracts are anticipated to be awarded, each with a not-to-exceed amount of $50,000,000. The initial contract term is expected to be 5 years with options to extend for two additional one-year periods. Services will be ordered by task orders based on project needs and funding availability.
