Sound Transit is soliciting proposals from firms or individuals to provide consulting services aimed at exploring how to best support communities of focus (COF) that interact with transit passengers, employees, property, facilities, and agency-managed environments. The communities of focus are defined as people without housing, homes, or shelter and people in crisis. The contract term is two years with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms. The scope includes conducting needs assessments and proposing partnerships to support these communities.
