Sound Transit is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscape and irrigation maintenance services for its transit facilities across King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. - Government Buyer: - Sound Transit (Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority) - Contact: Lionel Boisvert, Sr. Contracts Specialist - Scope of Work: - Routine landscape maintenance (turf mowing, fertilization, pruning, pest management, debris removal) - Irrigation system maintenance - On-call landscaping and irrigation services as needed - Services cover garages, park-and-ride lots, transit centers, Sounder stations, and Tacoma Link locations - Products/Services Requested: - Monthly landscape maintenance services (12 months per location) - On-call landscape services (estimated 1,000 hours) - Materials allowance for on-call landscape services - On-call irrigation services (estimated 500 hours) - Materials allowance for on-call irrigation services - Notable Requirements: - 20% Small Business participation goal - 0% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal - Compliance with prevailing wage, insurance, and COVID-19 vaccination mandates - No specific OEMs or proprietary products are named in the solicitation

Description

Sound Transit is requesting proposals from firms to provide landscape, irrigation maintenance and on-call services as requested for landscaped areas at Sound Transit garages, park and ride and parking lots of ST Express, Sounder, Tacoma Link and Link garages. Representative tasks are described in the subsections of the Scope of Work and subject to change based on Sound Transit’s business needs. The full scope of work is described in Section Three, Exhibit C, of the Scope of Work in the solicitation document.
