Description

The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide final design contract documents that comply with the latest Design, Engineering and Construction Management policies and standards. The scope includes preparing Right of Way exhibits, coordinating with Sound Transit staff for Right of Way acquisition, identifying and coordinating utility relocations and easements, assisting in obtaining necessary construction permits, preparing supporting documents for Invitation for Bid, providing design support during construction, and assisting in project close out. The estimated contract amount is between $1,200,000 and $1,400,000. The project is federally funded and subject to compliance with federal transit administration agreements.
