Sound Transit is requesting proposals from firms to provide scheduled and on-call landscape maintenance services on properties in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties. These properties are maintained until expansion construction projects take possession or are completed. The contract term is one year with an option to extend for five additional one-year terms. A preproposal meeting was held virtually on August 9, 2022, to discuss the RFP requirements and scope of work.
