Description

Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide consultant services for technical environmental assistance on an as-needed basis. The scope includes environmental review and document preparation to comply with NEPA, SEPA, and other regulations; preparing needs assessments and applications for environmental permits; implementing mitigation requirements; and assisting with environmental compliance oversight of Sound Transit facilities under construction or operation. Services will be authorized through individual task orders detailing the scope and schedule. The contract term is expected to be three years with an option to extend for an additional two years, and the total contract value will not exceed $4,825,000.
