Description
Title: Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information pertaining to a contemplated new procurement to acquire Contractor support services to provide critical adjudicatory and rulemaking support to all Operating Administrations (OAs) within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The purpose of the attached Statement of Work (SOW) is to procure contractor support services to provide critical adjudicatory and rulemaking support to all Operating Administrations (OAs) within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration. These services are essential for providing access to information resources for agency staff, program contractors, other agencies, and the public.
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to seek industry comments and identify potential Contractors capable of performing the work described herein.
This notice is not a Solicitation and it does not seek the submission of formal binding quotation/proposal. In the event that DOT determines that these services will be procured, a formal Request for Quote under the appropriate GSA MAS schedule will be issued. DOT cannot and will not reimburse any organization for its time, effort, or costs expended in responding to this Sources Sought Notice. Your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
The NAICS code for this effort is 541199 (All Other Legal Services).
The DOT anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award from this requirement.
The resultant award shall consist of five years inclusive of a (one (1) year base period and four (4)one year option periods).
RESPONSES TO THIS RFI
After reviewing the DRAFT SOW, Interested Parties shall submit the following in response to this RFI: -Provide feedback and questions on the Statement of Work. -Provide feedback on list of proposed labor categories to accomplish the work; and -List of current or previous past performance references for Dockets Operation servicesperformed within the last three years. -GSA MAS contract number and NAICS Code
Responses to this RFI shall not exceed 10 pages, excluding any attachments. No questions will be entertained before the due date, however, feel free to submit questions and comments as part of your submission.
