Description

The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes from qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, licenses, and management for water treatment service for Coast Guard (USCG) Station Venice.

Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement to become familiar with the required work, and it is highly recommended to visit the location to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work must be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows: 

Base Period: 01 Aug 2026 - 31 July 2027 

Option Year One: 01 Aug 2027 - 31 Jul 2028 

Option Year Two: 01 Aug 2028 – 31 Jul 2029 

Option Year Three: 01 Aug 2029 – 30 Jul 2030 

Option Year Four: 01 Aug 2030 – 30 Jul 2031 

Contractors’ quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years. 

This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are: 

- Price 

- Technical Acceptability 

- Past Performance 

Make sure to provide your price, technical approach, and past performance with your quote. 

The Government will evaluate the past performance of each offeror to determine the degree of confidence that the offeror will successfully perform the contract requirements. Evaluation will consider the relevance, quality, and timeliness of prior work as demonstrated through submitted references and independent government sources. Offerors with no relevant past performance will receive a neutral rating. Past performance will be rated and factored into the overall evaluation as specified in the solicitation.

Offerors, if they wish, can also provide information on problems encountered on the identified contracts and the offeror’s corrective actions. The Government shall consider this information, as well as information obtained from any other sources, when evaluating the offeror’s past performance. The source selection authority shall determine the relevance of similar past performance information.

This is set aside 100% for small businesses. 

All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
