The 388th Fighter Wing at Hill Air Force Base is seeking sources for Healthcare Aseptic Management and medical housekeeping services to support the Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS) program. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, 388th Fighter Wing, OHWS program at Hill AFB - Services Requested: - Healthcare Aseptic Management services - Non-personal medical housekeeping, including: - Aseptic cleaning of fitness, office, therapy rooms, and restrooms - Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks - Trash removal, floor vacuuming/mopping, disinfecting gym equipment, bathrooms, and therapy rooms - Contractor must provide all cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety gear - Standards and Compliance: - Must comply with healthcare and environmental standards: AHE, ISSA CIMS-GB, EPA, USDA Bio-Preferred - Use of EPA-approved disinfectants is required - Contractor-managed personnel with health, uniform, and security requirements - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are mentioned - Focus on small business participation under NAICS 561720 (Janitorial Services) - Interested parties should demonstrate relevant experience and capability per the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Description

1. NOTICE:

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation.

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 561720 which have a corresponding Size standard of $22 million dollars. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement.  The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran­ Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code.  Additionally, please provide a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.

2. PROGRAM DETAILS:

This Sources Sought is being submitted to gauge industry’s ability and capability to provide Healthcare Aseptic Management services, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

3. REQUESTED INFORMATION:
