Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 70Z02826PSANJ0026 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(iii) NAICS: The associated NAICS code is 236118. 

(iv) Line Items:

CLIN 0001: Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets for Base Borinquen Housing (2 Type B and 4 Type D)

(v) Description of Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision required to fabricate, deliver, and install kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and countertops at Base Borinquen. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and legal disposal of existing cabinetry/debris, provision of all required units, countertops, sinks, and hardware, and complete installation as detailed in the attached Scope of Work (SOW). Quotes must be all-inclusive.

(vii) Instructions to Offerors: FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

Addendum to 52.212-1 (Site Visit): A site visit is highly encouraged to verify dimensions and site conditions. It will be held on 08July26 at 0900-1200. Please contact Ednan Barbosa no later than 06July26 1400 to RSVP and arrange facility access.

(viii) Evaluation: The Government will evaluate quotes that meet all technical requirements using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Part 13. 

(ix) Representations and Certifications: Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offer, or ensure their SAM.gov representations are active and current.
