HUD's Office of Asset Sales is seeking contractor support for comprehensive asset sales transaction specialist services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) - Office of Asset Sales (OAS) - CPO: FHA Housing Support Division, Washington, DC - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation. - Requested Services: - Execution of loan sales for Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM), Single Family Forward Loans, Multifamily and Healthcare Notes, and other government assets - Loan due diligence: collecting, reviewing, and organizing loan files and third-party reports - Marketing and advertising campaigns to maximize investor outreach and recoveries - Bid management: virtual data room setup, bidder documentation review, bid system go-live, bid day management, and bid evaluation - Closing assistance: award letters, settlement reports, and support for loan settlements/closings - Post-sale activities: reporting, data shipping, and monitoring/reporting on breaches via an Automated Breach Portal (ABP) - Project management, help desk support, and ad hoc tasks (e.g., workshops, valuation analysis) - Transition in and out services to ensure continuity - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Secure, automated breach portal for tracking and reporting breaches - Virtual data room for each asset sale - Comprehensive project management and help desk support - Marketing and outreach to maximize asset sale recoveries - Period of Performance: - Base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Asset Sales (OAS) requests any Vendor that is capable of meeting this requirement on the attached draft PWS to please respond by July 5, 2026 11:59 PM ET. 

HUD, OAS is seeking contractor support to assist with asset sales. Services shall include executing loan sales initiatives for single family loans, Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) loans, and multifamily/healthcare loans. Services shall also include assisting with closing transactions such as transferring assets to winning bidders, monitoring and reporting on breaches, and performing Ad HOC tasks relative to the loan sales program.
