Description of Services: The Contractor shall be responsible to fulfill a single purchase order for the patient examination table detailed in the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall be responsible to deliver the patient examination table to the FEMA Occupational Health Clinic: FEMA HQ 500 C St SW, Room 7NW-0904 Washington DC 20472.
