The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort A.P. Hill, through the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Belvoir, is seeking a contractor for landfill tipping and waste disposal services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Fort A.P. Hill Garrison, Installation Directorate - Sustainment - Scope of Work: - Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision for landfill support services - Services include acceptance and disposal of Municipal Solid Waste and Construction & Demolition Waste delivered by Fort A.P. Hill - Contractor must weigh government trucks before and after unloading, provide weight tickets, and invoice monthly via WAWF - Products/Services Requested: - Municipal Solid Waste Disposal (CLIN 0001) - Construction and Demolition Waste Disposal (CLIN 0002) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations - Non-personal services contract; contractor provides all resources - Contract includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - No specific part numbers or quantities are provided; services are based on waste delivered by the government

Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS to perform all landfill service tasks as described and defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 5 Specific Tasks and Part 7 Attachment/Technical Exhibits.

The Contractor shall ensure all work accomplished as fulfillment of this PWS meets all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, directives, instructions, manuals, and other requirements.
