Description

The City of Milton is seeking a qualified third-party vendor to provide on-site merchandise production and sales for the City's annual Crabapple Fest event, including screen printing t-shirts and managing inventory and sales. The contract is initially for one year, expiring September 30, 2027, with options for two automatic annual renewals through September 30, 2029. The vendor may also be utilized for similar merchandise production and sales at other City-sponsored events during the contract term. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City's procurement portal by July 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm EST.
