Description
The New Hampshire Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR), Division of Parks and Recreation, is soliciting bids from qualified environmental contractors for soil and groundwater contamination sampling at Mount Washington State Park. The project supports the Mount Washington Master Plan requirement for an independent third-party environmental assessment, including soil and groundwater investigations. The selected contractor will prepare sampling plans, conduct field sampling using an existing well for groundwater sampling, perform laboratory analyses, and complete all associated reporting as outlined in the Scope of Work. Bidders must meet applicable regulatory standards including NHDES Env-Or 600/610, PFAS soil requirements, and EPA Region 1 QAPP and QA/R-5 standards. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting all minimum qualifications.
