This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This will be an RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, solicitation. Summary: The Richmond VA Medical Center, located at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA 23249, has a requirement for four (4) IV Workflow Management Devices. The forthcoming solicitation will be unrestricted and issued on a brand name or equal basis. Required items include all associated supplies, services, and peripheral equipment necessary to support the deployment of four (4) IV Workflow Management Devices for the SPS Laboratory on the medical center campus. The anticipated solicitation will not be emailed, faxed, or provided in person. This notice is posted to Contract Opportunities. To be considered eligible for award, all potential offerors must have an active registration in Systems for Award Management (SAM) upon proposal submission.
