Description

This solicitation is for building envelope improvements at the Cataraqui Kinsman Arena located at 1030 Sunnyside Road, Kingston. The work includes removal of existing metal clad wall assemblies and insulation, installation of new wind-load bearing metal studs, insulation, sheathing, air barrier and cladding, preparation and repair of existing concrete block walls, removal and reinstallation of exterior wall mounted services, roofing tie-in, site excavation for foundation insulation, replacement of entrance sidewalk and soffit areas, and replacement of exterior windows and doors except automatic entrance and overhead doors.
