Description
The City of Kingston is seeking qualified firms to provide professional design and engineering services for the detailed design, provisional contract administration, and inspection for the reconstruction of the Montreal Street at John Counter Boulevard intersection. The project also includes a new multi-use pathway along John Counter from Ascot Lane to Elliott Avenue in Kingston, Ontario. The contract term is from the date of award through November 2023, with field investigations to be completed by August 8, 2023. The City intends to enter into an agreement with one legal entity for these services.
