Kingston Fire & Rescue is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of four new emergency communications consoles at their headquarters. - Government Buyer: - The Corporation of the City of Kingston - Kingston Fire & Rescue - Headquarters: 500 O'Connor Drive, Kingston, Ontario - Scope of Work: - Removal and disposal of existing emergency communications consoles - Supply and installation of four replacement consoles - Installation must follow detailed specifications (see Appendix D) - Product/Service Requirements: - Cockpit configuration for each console - Monitor arrangement: 3 monitors on top, 3 on the bottom - Separate height controls for monitors and input devices - Options for worksurface edging - Storage for backup land lines - No environmental controls required (operator climate handled by dedicated system) - Large monitors and renovations to raised floor/wall are excluded and handled separately - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the solicitation - Notable Requirements: - Electronic bid submission is accepted - Site meeting is recommended but not mandatory

Description

The Corporation of the City of Kingston is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace four emergency communications consoles at the Kingston Fire & Rescue Headquarters. The scope includes removal and disposal of the existing consoles and supply and installation of four new consoles as per the specifications in Appendix D. The project is located at 500 O'Connor Drive, Kingston, ON. A site meeting is scheduled but not mandatory, and electronic bid submission is open.
