Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Customer Service and Administration Area Remodel, Project No. C12636, for Tualatin Valley Water District. The project includes interior alterations of two office departments with minor exterior roof work, such as creating new private offices, refurbishing finishes, replacing lighting and door hardware, installing audio/visual devices, and reworking mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems. Bidders must register with Bid Locker and submit bids by July 8, 2026, 2:00 p.m. local time. An optional pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on July 1, 2026.
