Description

The University of Minnesota is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager Services for the renovation of Eddy Hall, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. The project involves extensive interior gutting and remodeling of all floors, replacement of mechanical and electrical systems, addition of fire suppression and alarm systems, brick structure repair and rehabilitation, roof replacement, and accessibility upgrades. The building, constructed in 1886, will be repurposed as an Educational Opportunity Center for the College of Education and Human Development. The project has a construction budget of approximately $24.2 million and requires substantial completion by March 31, 2028.
