Iowa State University (ISU) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive travel planning and program coordination services for a faculty-led Supply Chain Management study abroad program in Spring 2027. - Government Buyer: - Iowa State University, Ivy College of Business (Supply Chain Management Department), in partnership with the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (Animal Science Department) - Products/Services Requested: - Full-service travel planning and coordination for student groups traveling to Argentina and U.S. East Coast ports (Morehead City, NC or Sparrows Point, MD) - Air transportation (multiple routing options), hotel accommodations (minimum three-star quality), and ground transportation - Arrangement of 2-4 business visits in Argentina focused on supply chain management - Organization of cultural and historical site visits in and around Buenos Aires - Qualified Spanish-English guides/interpreters - Optional add-ons, including a Patagonia regional extension and alternative travel routes - Ability to process direct payments from individual participants for optional expenses - Pricing Requirements: - Per-student pricing for group sizes of 15-20, 21-25, and 26+ students - Amortization of costs for 2-3 non-paying program directors into student fees - Separate pricing for optional program extensions and airfare routing options - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Supplier must demonstrate experience with international group travel and educational program coordination - Must provide flexible travel date options and support for direct participant payments - No specific OEMs or named vendors; open to all qualified travel planning firms

Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide travel planning services for a short-term study abroad program taking place March 11-21, 2027 in Argentina and the U.S. East Coast. The supplier will coordinate travel logistics including air transportation, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation, as well as arrange cultural and educational experiences in Argentina. The program is jointly offered by the Ivy College of Business and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, focusing on the intersection of agriculture and supply chain operations.
