Description

The Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects, Division of Engineering and Construction is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide General Engineering Services for a period of two years or until funds are expended. The scope of work includes materials testing, bridge design and inspections, retaining wall design and inspection, slope stabilization, traffic signal design, preliminary engineering, environmental services, right of way plans and acquisition, bicycle pedestrian facility design, and roadway design. Proposals are due by July 29, 2026, at noon, and questions must be submitted by July 15, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, re-issue, or proceed otherwise at its discretion.
