The City of Cleveland is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to serve as an administrator for its Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program, which includes Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. The contract term is one year with two one-year renewal options.
