Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a notice regarding requests by registrants to voluntarily cancel certain pesticide registrations in response to the 2026 registration maintenance fee payment notice. EPA intends to grant these cancellation requests unless substantive comments are received or the requests are withdrawn by July 27, 2026. Additionally, EPA is issuing a notice of intent to cancel certain registrations due to non-payment of fees unless prompt payment is received. The cancellation orders will be published in the Federal Register, and after cancellation, sale, distribution, or use of these products will only be permitted if consistent with the final order terms.
