This notice pertains to the final judgment by the U.S. Court of International Trade regarding the antidumping duty investigation of utility scale wind towers from Canada covering the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019. The Department of Commerce is amending its final determination and the resulting antidumping duty order with respect to the dumping margin assigned to Marmen Inc. and Marmen Énergie Inc., the sole respondent individually examined in the investigation. The amended determination revises the weighted-average dumping margin for Marmen and all other producers and exporters based on Marmen's margin.
