Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce initiated a less-than-fair-value investigation of fresh winter strawberries from Mexico. The preliminary determination, originally due by June 29, 2026, has been postponed by 50 days to August 18, 2026, following a timely request by the petitioner, Strawberry Growers for Fair Trade. The postponement allows additional time for Commerce to collect and analyze questionnaire responses and issue supplemental questionnaires if necessary.
