The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection, FERC-516: Electric Rates and Tariffs. The Commission proposes to renew and consolidate several electric tariff collections under FERC-516. There are no proposed changes to ongoing reporting requirements; the collection is being updated to remove some one-time collections that are no longer needed. Comments on the collections of information are due by August 24, 2026.
