Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding a circumvention inquiry that was initiated to determine whether mattress components exported from Poland and further processed in the United States to produce mattresses are circumventing the antidumping duty order on mattresses from Poland. The inquiry was initiated following a request by several industry stakeholders but has been withdrawn, leading to the rescission. The rescission means no further action will be taken on this inquiry, and suspension of liquidation of entries subject to the order will continue.
