The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 (CVP 23) from India for the period January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Commerce is rescinding this review in part with respect to one company and intends to rescind with respect to another company. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
