Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters on Bell Slip, Buffalo, NY, to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with an over water fireworks display. The safety zone covers all waters within a 280-foot radius of the fireworks launch site. Entry of vessels or persons into the zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Eastern Great Lakes, or their designated representative. The safety zone will be enforced on July 3, 2026, from 9:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. local time.
