Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that granted a motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation to correct the respondent's name from JA Solar AZ, LLC to American Panel Solutions LLC. The investigation concerns certain TOPCon solar cells, modules, panels, components thereof, and products containing the same, alleging violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 based on patent infringement. The complaint was filed by First Solar, Inc. and names multiple respondents involved in the importation and sale of these products. The correction of the respondent's name is the key update in this notice.
