Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and/or exporters of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India during the period of review from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The review includes mandatory respondents ATC Tires Pvt. Ltd. and Balkrishna Industries India Ltd. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
