Description

This Invitation for Bid (ITB) seeks qualified bidders to provide fleet turnover inspection services for revenue vehicles in the RTC fleet prior to a new contract for Fixed Route Transit Services operations. The selected contractor will conduct a fleet maintenance audit, including vehicle maintenance records, for the entire fleet assigned to the current operations contractor transitioning out of contract. Inspections will primarily take place at RTC Maintenance Facilities located in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, Nevada. The audit is scheduled to begin in November 2026, with the new operations contract starting in April 2027.
