Coconino County is soliciting sealed proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to manage the demolition of the Old County Jail and site rehabilitation. This is a qualifications-based selection process authorized by ARS §34-601 through §34-612, where an evaluation committee will select qualified firms based on established criteria.
