This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) issued by the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) invites prospective respondents to qualify for providing various plumbing and HVAC mechanical services on an as-needed basis. The goal is to select a roster of up to six qualified suppliers for ongoing work at all BCIT campuses and facilities. The RFSQ excludes HVAC preventative maintenance services and is effective from October 1, 2026, for three years with two optional one-year extensions. Work assignments are estimated to be less than $75,000 each.
