Peace River School Division is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assess, design, and provide recommendations for fencing, site grading, gravel pad construction, drainage, landscaping, and related yard improvements at the Division’s Central Operations yard in Grimshaw. The Division has completed preliminary investigations and has existing engineering concepts and background information available but has not finalized the scope of work. The RFP aims to identify a qualified partner to evaluate site conditions, review documentation, identify opportunities and constraints, and recommend practical and cost-effective solutions. The Division may proceed with all, part, or none of the recommended work depending on pricing, recommendations, operational needs, and available budget.
