The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is seeking tree maintenance services for Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery - Services Requested: - Routine pruning, cleanup, and debris disposal for: - 19 medium trees (height 25'-40', DBH 12-24") - 60 large trees (height >40', DBH >24") - Removal, stump removal, topsoil fill, cleanup, and debris disposal for 3 large trees (height >40', DBH >24") - Requirements: - Certified Arborist with at least 3 years of supervisory experience must perform or oversee the work - All debris must be removed and disposed of properly - Contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBC) - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are referenced - Period of performance is 60 calendar days from contract award or notice to proceed

A site visit is scheduled is 7/1/2026 @2:00 pm, the meeting place is the Maintenance Building at Sam Houston National Cemetery. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled.
