Description
The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids for the construction project titled Carriage Oaks EST Rehabilitation. The project involves furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials for general tank repairs, interior and exterior sandblasting, cleaning and recoating, replacement of expansion joint and butterfly valve, replacement of roof access hatches, replacement of interior pedestal access ladder safety systems, removal of ladder safety cage and installation of swing gates, cleaning and recoating of interior piping, installation of passive mixing system, relocation of electrical/coax cables, replacement of obstruction light and related components, sediment removal and tank disinfection, and installation of a temporary pressure system.
