Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU), Communications Office is seeking proposals from qualified firms or teams to provide a comprehensive range of communications, marketing, public relations, and community engagement support services. The selected firm(s) will act as an extension of the Communications Office, delivering integrated, high-quality services using staff from their firm and/or authorized subconsultants. The contract estimate is $50,000 over two years. Submittals must be received by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on July 21, 2026.
