Description

The Calgary Board of Education (CBE) is seeking qualified Contractor(s) to provide small architectural repair, maintenance, restoration, and renewal services at various CBE-owned and operated facilities. The purpose of this prequalification is to identify qualified contractor(s) capable of maintaining building finishes, interior spaces, and building envelope components in a safe, functional, aesthetically acceptable, and fully operational condition, while minimizing disruption to school operations. The Contractor(s) shall provide all labour, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, disposal, permits (where required), and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Services may include drywall repairs, plaster repairs, vinyl wall covering repairs, glass block repairs, concrete and concrete block repairs, exterior brick and stucco repairs, resilient flooring repairs and replacement, and surface preparation for painting.
